He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Regele and Francis Regele (Bisser); his son Brian Regele; and his sisters, Joan Anderson and Janice Hill.

He is survived by: his wife Elvera Regele; his child Beverly Aschenbrenner of Marshfield; his siblings, Charles Regele, John Regele and Shirley Bohne; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Zirbel, Shannon Erickson and McKenzie Durbin. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
