He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Lotzer and Margaret Lotzer (Feldner); his wife Charlene A. Francis; his son James; and his siblings, William, Joseph, Donald Lotzer, Helen Hoffman, Alice Coon, Genevieve Wendt and Betty Waehler.
He is survived by: his children, Peter Lotzer (Catherine) of Marshfield, Hope Lotzer (Mike Fehling) of Appleton and Ann Schlinsog (Jay) of Nashville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Nicholas Lotzer (Brittany), Christopher Lotzer of Marshfield, Hayley Magnant (Thomas) of Nashville, Tennessee, Jacob of Nashville, Tennessee and Jordan Schlinsog of Nashville, Tennessee; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Emmett and Finnley Lotzer.
Memorials may be given to Our Lady Of Peace Catholic Church or Marshfield Medical Research Foundation.
