He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin and Olga. He is survived by: his daughters, Jill and Ginger; his stepson Justin Smith; his siblings, Jay (Sue Ela), Nick (Kathi) and Beth Kutka (John); his friend Bev Sanchez; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Kutka (Amanda), Laura Kutka (Travis Schroeder), Julia (Aaron Jensen), Mike (Ivannia), Emily and Sam. He is also survived by grand-nephews and grand-nieces, as well as cousins.
