He is survived by: his siblings, Cherie Hefter (Randy) of St. Cloud, WI, Pauline Lentz (Dennis) of Kewaskum and Mike Collins (Kandi) of West Bend; and his nieces and nephews, Frank (Anna), Joe, Andrea Amanda (Alex), Dan, Josh (Michelle), Jake (Amber), Samantha (Will), Amber (Bryan) and Jason (Kelly). He is also survived by 13 great nieces and nephews, and one great great nephew.
