He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Breu and Frances Breu (Kolbeck). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his daughter Marla Hartley of Neillsville; his grandchildren, Ashley Hokanson (Spencer) of Minneapolis and Brandon Hartley of Minneapolis; his daughter Janice Ladd (Dale) of Neillsville; his grandchildren, Travis Ladd, Matthew Ladd and Shannon Ladd; his daughter Sandra Stargardt (Jerry) of Marshfield; his grandchildren, Tyler Stargardt (Kendra) of Minneapolis and Tiffany Lenz (Jake) of Marshfield; his daughter Tricia Forbes (Bill) of Wausau; his grandchildren, Morgan and Ethan; his in-laws, Edward and Margaret Schill; his brother Wally A. Breu; his siblings-in-law, Marvin Schill, James Kraus, Art Schill and Janet Schill; his son-in-law Todd Hartley; his siblings-in-law, Joan Breu of Hubertus, Irene Kraus of Janesville, Bernice McDermott (Ronald) of Milton, Carol Mancl (Dan) of Wisconsin Rapids, Albert Schill (Frances) of Marshfield, Kenneth Schill (Annette) of Stratford and LeRoy Schill of Hurley; and also, Jace and Ava.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (5842 Main St, Auburndale, WI 54412). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
