It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond E. Newmier (Marshfield, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Newmier and Gertrude Newmier (Nabbefeld); his former wife Odele Herman; his sons, James Newmier and Steve Newmier; and his siblings, Norbert "Buddy" Newmier and Marian Newmier.
He is survived by: his wife Maggie (Kaiser); his children, Yvonne Weisner of Washington, Shirley Gust (Harry) of Marshfield, Karen Draxler of Hewitt and Diana Newmier of Connecticut; his daughters-in-law, Gloria Newmier and Mary Jo Newmier; and his stepchildren, Christine Weiland and Daniel Weiland (Barbara). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
