He was predeceased by: his father Jerald Lenz; and his brother Daryl. He is survived by: his mother Laura Lenz; and his siblings, Dennis Lenz (Amy), Dean Lenz (Jackie), Debbie Collins (Rich), Laurie Larson (John), Lisa Hood (Gene) and Tammy Bjork (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews.
