He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Hollis. He is survived by: his father Stephen Hollis; and his siblings, Daniele Aschenbrenner (Jerry), Michael Hollis and David Hollis (Valerie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
