He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Toltzman and Leona Toltzman (Molle); his former wife Donna M. Bush of August; his sister Marlene; his brother-in-law Lawrence Below; and his parents-in-law, Aaron and Elsie Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Anderson; his daughter Anne Soberg (Matt); his grandson Liam; his brother-in-law Tim Anderson (Sue); his niece Destiny; his nephew Kent Below (Krista); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayelynn and Kenzie.
