He was predeceased by: his father Michael Volovsek; and his grandparents, Michael, Mary Weyer (Walter), William and Bernice Volovsek (Schnitzler).

He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Volovsek (Weyer); his brother Jay Volovsek (Jennifer); and also Cameron. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the family for a future disc golf event in Nick's honor.
