He is survived by: his children, Mitchell Koziol (Alice), Kenneth Koziol (Terri), David Koziol and Karen Koziol (Sam); his grandchildren, Nicole Radcliff (Matt), Mitchell Koziol, Ashley Koziol, Kenneth Koziol, Brittany Koziol and Alyssa Koziol (Adam); and his stepgranddaughters, Dorothy Avila (Martin) and Jessica Hart (Kevin). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; six step great-grandchildren; and two step great, great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
