She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Davidson; her husbands, Richard Jacobson and Lyle Meltesen; her daughter Vicki Jacobson; her great grandchild Blaise Jacobson; and her brothers, James Neeley and Dennis Neeley.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Jacobson, Jr. (Kristal) of Pittsville, Tina Bernhardt (Allen) of Tomah, Terry Gratz (Randy) of Pittsville, Ken Jacobson (Sandy Frost) of Guttenberg, IA and Scott Meltesen (Tamesha) of Pittsville; her grandchildren, Jessica Montag (Matt), Jennifer Jacobson (Marcus Holtz), Jason Jacobson, Scott Bernhardt, Aaron Bernhardt, Kira Caflisch (Adam), Alecia Nelson, Brandon Jacobson, Kalie Robles (Ramiro), Brianna Moore (Jared), Destiny Jacobson, Lindzy Schultz (Matt), Lacey Meltesen (Gavhin) and Dakota Meltesen; and her brother Douglas Neeley of Evansville, WI.. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
