He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cletus, Dorothy Rowan (Ritzinger), Bernard and Sylvia Meinen (Zwiefelhofer); and his brother Tony Rowan.
He is survived by: his parents, Russell Rowan and Sharon Rowan (Meinen); his wife Beth; his children, Jonathan Rowan (Sheri Nelson) of Eau Claire, Kayla Rowan of Eau Claire, Kymberlee Head (Tony) of Chippewa Falls and Allyson Mayer of St. Paul, MN; and his siblings, Jeff Rowan of Chippewa Falls, Cindy Beland (Cliff) of Columbus, GA, Sheila Sherman (Jim) of Chippewa Falls and Lori Huber (Chris) of Minneapolis, MN. He is also survived by grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
