She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Eisner and Olga Eisner; her husband Donald Hoffman; her sisters, Rita Ann Eisner and Carolyn Landing (William); her parents-in-law, Ignatius and Adeline Hoffman; her extended family, Delores Hoffman, Gertrude Hoffman, Elmer Hoffman, Lorraine Hilt (Walter) and Walter Hoffman (Harriet); and her granddaughter Caitlyn Hoffman.

She is survived by: her brother Jim Eisner of Marshfield; her children, Michael Hoffman (Roxie) of Schofield, Daniel Hoffman (Julie) of Dekalb, Ill, Rick Hoffman (Laura) of Marshfield, Bill Hoffman (Carol) of Marshfield, Sue Kuse (Dennis) of Marshfield, Cindy Langjahar (Dale) of Marshfield, Lisa Gates of Marshfield and Sara Meyer (Eric) of Arpin; and her grandchildren, Gina, Tina, Shawna, Josh, Nikki, Jessica, Justin, Jason, Tony, Amy, Amanda, Kevin, Janell, Ashley, Jennifer, Kyle, Andi, Adam, Tyler, Logan, Brad and Zakary. She is also survived by 29 great- grandchildren.
