She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eckes and Anna Eckes; her husband Wesley Schar; her son Patrick Schar; her grandson Benjamin Schar; and her siblings, Herbert Eckes, Florelda (Kraemer), Arthur Eckes, Genevieve (Murphy), Clara (Perry), Clemence Eckes, Blandina Eckes, Lorrette Junneman and Orin Eckes.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Schar (Sharon) of Marshfield, Shirley Dupee (Mike) of Arpin, Thomas Schar (Sue) of Marshfield, Cheryl Ann Casper (Tom) of Wisconsin Rapids, Terry Schar (Sally) of Tony, Michael Schar (Peggy) of Arpin, Wayne Schar (Debbie) of Marshfield and Cynthia Rennhack (Rick) of Marshfield; and her daughter-in-law Deb Schar (Berg). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
