He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kramer and Helen Kramer; his parent-in-law Luann Amend; his wife Luann Amend; and his daughter Diane Meinen.
He is survived by: his former wives, Barbara Huffty and Sandra A. Grenier; and his children, Krystal Johnson (Kevan), Kari Kramer, Kolby Gasga (Cesar), Kassi Kramer, Joseph P. Kramer Jr. and Matt Barany (Debbie). He is also survived by children together, they both had children from a previous marriage.
