She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Chase; her children, Terry Martini of Wausau and Michael Chase of Stevens Point; her husband Richard Hoffmann (family: Theresa, Brandon Krohn); her children, Hailey and Logan; her granddaughter Crystal; and her sisters, Sandra Vieau Plymouth and Mary Suits [Jack] of Marshfield, WI.. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
