She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Krahn and Florence Krahn (Frickenstein); her brothers, Ken Krahn (Lois) of Marshfield and Dennis Krahn (Janice) of Fort Myers, FL; and her husband Steven Vayda. She was also cherished by five stepchildren, and five nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Zion United Methodist Church in Marshfield.
