He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Smith and Mary Smith (Welch); and his siblings, William Smith, Cheryl and Karen Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Smith (Mary Jo Hamilton) of Brainerd, MN, Connie Wiesemann of Marshfield, Jenny Landowski (Carl) of Scandinavia and Tammy Wallig (Kurt) of Marshfield; his nephew Chad Smith (Kristen); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ally, Beckett, Sabrina and Shannon Crone (James); and also, Lila, Justin Wiesemann, Jesse Cahn, Meagan Cahn and Breanna Wallig.
