She is survived by: her boyfriend Gary Kwarciany; her children, Daniel Ament (Danielle), Kari Ament (Thomas Butler) and Kayla Ament; her grandchildren, Kaydance, Ezale, Kyra and Kamea; and her siblings, Joseph, James, Mike Busko, Lynn Tessmer (Mike), Jeannie Seliger (Jim) and Lisa Landowski (Jeff).
