He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ackman and Mary Ackman (Baumgartner); his brothers, William, John, Francis and Jim; and his son-in-law Donald Vanderwyst.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Treyton Ackman, Ashton Ackman, Trevor Ackman, Nicholas Kozicki, Justin Dawson and Storm Dawson; his former wife Theresa Pribil; his wife Rosemarie Dawson of Marshfield; his children, Debra Ackman-Vanderwyst of Marshfield, Mary Zygowicz (Bob) of Colby and Douglas Ackman (Tracey) of Spencer; his stepsons, Stephen Dawson (Tracey) of Marshfield and Shawn Dawson (Lynda) of Energy, IL; his brother Dick Ackman (Annette) of Greeley, NE; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Ackman of Silverdale, WA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-granddaughters.
