He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell D. Johnson and Christine M. Johnson (Nelson); and his brother Lowell D. Johnson Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Dennis D. Johnson (Dixie) of Titusville, FL; and his partner Alan Esselman of Marshfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
