He was predeceased by: his former wife Yvonne Moyer; and his son George H. Petz. He is survived by: his wife Helen Kuntz (Goldade); his daughter Laura Neubauer (Donald) of Medford; and his grandchildren, Donne Neubauer (Jody) and Janet Haas (Jeffery). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
