He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Heier and Theresa Heier (Mraz); and his siblings, Audrey Jentzsch, Thomas Heier, Phyllis Dassow, Jane Maynard, Robert Heier and Sherry Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy J. Richwalski; his children, Katherine Schultheiss (Joel) of Hudson, WI, Sharon Heier (Kip Starks) of Grapevine, TX and Samuel Heier (Jill Giese) of Marshfield; and his siblings, Dorothy Frey (Marvin) of Stevens Point, Martin Heier (Diane) of Medford, Charlene Zenner (Dave) of Cadott, Karen Albrecht (Dave) of Wausau and Joanne Schneveis (Rick) of Medford. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Memorials will be designated to a charity at a later date.
