He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Moorhouse (Von); his children, Tom Hitchcock (Jeri) of Marshfield, Debbie Linville of Marshfield and Lauri Boldt (David) of Verona; and his grandchildren, Jason, Jonathan, Joel, Jeff, Lorena, Hannah, Julie and Ben. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
