He was predeceased by: his parents, William Steltenpohl and Rose Steltenpohl (Duchow); his daughter Debra Marty; and his siblings, Fern, Vera, Harold, James and Fritz.
He is survived by: his children, Denis Steltenpohl (Debra), Jerold Steltenpohl (Diane) and Judy Pezzullo (Greg); his son-in-law David Marty; his grandchildren, Jason Steltenpohl (Lea), Amy Handel (Tim), Gregory Steltenpohl (Heather) and Alanna Weichelt (Todd); his great grandchildren, Seth, Tanner, Brianna, Gage, Morgan, Bayley (Nolan) and Hayden; his sister Charlot Campton (Jack); and his sister-in-law Norma Steltenpohl. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials in Elmer's name be made to your local humane society.
