She is survived by: her husband Carl Belohlavek; her children, Anthony Belohlavek (Lynn), Michelle Shulfer (Gary) and Wendy Shaver; her grandchildren, Amber, Rachel, Theresa, Timothy and Nicholas; her great grandchild Brooklyn; and her siblings, Richard Cincera (Monica) of Mosinee, Josephine Lassa (Jerry) of Mosinee, Eugene Cincera of Mosinee and Marie Cincera of Mosinee.
