She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Thums and Helen Thums (Mead); her husband James H. Arndt; and her siblings, Robert Thums, Carol Guldan and Priscilla Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, William Arndt (Nancy) of Marshfield, Lynn Jonas (Chuck) of Kona, Vickie Greenwald (Michael) of Marshfield, Daniel Arndt (Debby) of Winter, Timothy Arndt (Vickie) of Marshfield, Susan Federwitz (Mark) of Marshfield and Brian Arndt (Faith) of Marshfield. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be designated to Christ Lutheran Church youth ministry and Sunday School, 1208 W 14th St., Marshfield.
