He was predeceased by: his parents, David G. Foster and Anna Foster; his wife Jacki; his daughter Penni; his son-in-law Ed Wilke; and his granddaughter Jennifer Wilke.
He is survived by: his children, Mark of Appleton, Jodi Frye (Mike) of Indianapolis, IN and Kelli Buffo (Ron) of Louisville, CO.; his grandchildren, Ryan (Nikki), Ben (Danielle), Bracken Foster (Erik), Kayla, Hayley, Dustin Frye, Angela and Bill Buffo; his great grandchildren, Dakhota, Weston and Lennyn Foster; and his sisters, Mary Foster and Helen Manske. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
