She is survived by: her husband Don Creola; her daughters, Denise Creola-Ross (Bill) of Franklin, WI and Dena Van Dyck (Mike) of Fredonia, WI.; her son-in-law Dave Anderson; her grandchildren, Allison and Adam Milbert; and her great grandchild Teddy Milbert.
