He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Stephens and Dorothy Stephens (Neuenfeldt); and his brother Jerry Stephens. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Deanna Winer of Loyal; his children, Amanda Stephens (Robert Milz) of Loyal and Wesley Stephens (Jamie) of Marshfield; and his sister Nancy Hart. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
