She is survived by: her former husband John Kochanowski; her husband Michael Hagen; her children, Lauren Reaves (Stephen), Travis Kochanowski (Dyan) and Tyler Hagen; her grandchildren, Bailey, Caydence, Kyuss, Ellie, Dallas, Harley and August; her siblings, Karla Kapfhamer (Kevin) and Scott Michalak (Tara); and her stepbrother C. J. Lamsargis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
