He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Stebbins and Betty Stebbins (Johnson); and his son Randy Meno. He is survived by: his wife Diane Stebbins; his granddaughters, Autumn and Maya Meno; his sibling Dale Stebbins (Elvira Dominguez); his nieces and nephews, Mikey Stebbins (Bree), Joshua Stebbins (Nicole), Jeremy Stebbins and Christina Norton; and his great-nephews, Kai and Mason Stebbins.
