He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chai Vang Lo and Xai Xiong; his wife Shoua V. Lo; his daughter Monica M. Lo; his son-in-law Steve Schnitzler (Stevens Point); his grandchildren, Cheng Chad Vang, Lilli, Belle and Kennen Xiong-Schnitzler (Stevens Point); and his siblings, Tia, Tong (Laos) and Cha (Laos).
Current COVID recommendations will be practiced and masks are encouraged for those in attendance.
