It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Robert Cassaday of Marshfield, Wisconsin, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son David Jonathan. He is survived by: his wife Joan Cassaday; and his children, Kathleen Cassaday, Elizabeth Schlinsog, Charles Robert Cassaday, Jr., Mary Deeney Cassaday, Annette Siegel, Theresa Cassaday and Molly Gruttemeyer. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Brooklyn Community Kitchen, an organization providing meals to people in need through food rescue projects and run entirely through volunteerism.
