It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean Coon of Marshfield, Wisconsin, born in Amherst, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 23, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Meronek and Marian Warner; her brother John; her son Michael (Lisa Winkler); and her husband Stanley Coon.
She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Schwartz of Saukville, WI, Darrell (Karin) Meronek and Diane Schultz (Edward) of Almond, WI; her children, Coleen Hein of Plover, WI, Cathleen (Don) Arcuri and Sean Coon of Wautoma, WI; her grandchildren, Shannon Coon (Nick), Ashley Lanting, Ryan Coon (Ashley), Cody Hein and Jordyn Gard (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Gavin Hein, Nathan Coon (Courtney), Ethan Hein (Hailey), Rylee Lanting, Jackson Lanting, Charlie Lapine-Hein and Grayson Gard; and her great great grandchild Theo. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Shuda Plover Funeral Home (2400 Plover Rd, Plover, WI 54467). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Shuda Funeral Chapel (2400 Plover Rd, Plover, WI 54467).
