He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn Schmidt; his children, Justin Polzin (Jessica), Holly Zarnke, Ashley Polzin (Chris), Crystal Wendt and Ginger McDonald; his grandchildren, Brennan, Breeleigh Polzin, Emily Williams, Kylee, Logan Zarnke, Conner, Hailey Vandeberg, Carissa Wendt, Jeremiah Nelson and Autumn Schneider; and his siblings, Barbara Millerman (David), Donna Wagner (Freddie), Linda Oldham (Dennis), Roger Polzin (Jackie), Bonnie Sellhausen (Bill) and Jerry Polzin (Kristi Schultz).
