He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh O'Donnell and Ruth O'Donnell (Bloomfield); and his wife Beverly. He is survived by: his children, Amy Hoffman (Derek) of Waunakee, WI and Brent (Olubunmi); his grandchildren, Allie, Devin, Xenos, Mykita and Zahir; his siblings, Rusty O'Donnell (Linda), Keith O'Donnell (Sandy) and Kathie Joslin; his sister-in-law Susan Long (Ted); his adoptive mother Mary Jo; and his close friend Mike Orr (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Brian's name to Catholic Diocese of LaCrosse, Boys & Girls Club, Marshfield Angel Fund, and St. Jude's Children Hospital.
