She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris Jacobs and Barbara Jacobs (Nimm); her husband Edward D. Brookhart; her great grandchild Jessica; and her siblings, Pauline Krause, Christine Pongratz, Marlene Feit, Chris Jacobs and Richard Jacobs.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Collins (Tim), Eugene Brookhart (Lisa), John Brookhart (Kathy), Robert Brookhart (Shelly), Zelda, Michael Brookhart and Kenneth Brookhart (Sonya); and her sisters, Kathleen Feit (Dave) and Irene Bukovec (Glenn). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
