Ardene M. Gripentrog Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ardene M. Gripentrog of Marshfield, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 9, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandson Wylie Rose; her siblings, Geraldine, Donald, Robert and Charles Welk; her siblings-in-law, Greta Meyers, Susan, Eunice, Gertrude Gripentrog, Babs Hintz, Nadine, Marion Welk, Herbert, Neale, Raymond, Earle Gripentrog, Wilbur Federwitz, Norbert Zettler (Zeke) and Victor Meyers; her niece Gloria Federwitz; her nephews, Christopher, Shaun Welk and Rocky Federwitz; and her parents-in-law, Leone and Herbert Gripentrog.
She is survived by: her husband Ted; her children, Cheri Rose (Bob) and Alan; her brother William Welk (Ann); and her sisters-in-law, Caroline Hagen (Kelly), Judy Fleming (Dee) and Jo Gripentrog. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Until her shoulder gave out, she made countless afghans for donation to Hope Lodge.
