She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathais Kohler and Theresa Kohler (Hoffman); her husband Kenneth Kay; her children, Nancy Kay, Kenneth and Kurt Kay; and her grandchildren, Richard Sternweis, Nicole Daniel and Katie Kay.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Sternweis, Pamela Kay, Keith Kay (Mary), Cindy Egger (Tim), Terese Kay and Frances Daniel (James); and her daughter-in-law Theresa Kay.
If desired, her family is accepting memorials in Anne's name for a charity yet to be determined.
