He is survived by: his wife Mary Stoltz; his daughter Kris Clark (Scott); his brother Thomas Olander (Susan); his nieces and nephews, Erika McClean (Matt), Ryan Olander (Carrie) and Jennifer Wahlers (Ryne); his sister Kathleen Kellogg (Michael); his nephews, Adam Kellogg (Kelly) and Christopher Kellogg (Toffee); his sister Eileen Quarles (Philip); his brothers-in-law, Donald Stoltz and Gary Stoltz (Lori); his nieces and nephews, Kyle, Nathan Stoltz (Kelsey Leikam) and Ryan Stoltz; and his aunt Catherine Dobbe.
In lieu of flowers a scholarship will be established in Andy's name.
