He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Koenig and Lucille Koenig (Lee); and his brothers, James and Daniel. He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Koenig (Holly) of Kansas City, MO and Kelly Coupe (George) of San Jose, CA.; his grandchildren, Chase Koenig, Kevin Koenig, Alexander Coupe and Daniel Coupe; and his siblings, Kathryn Kramer of Stockton, CA, Robert Koenig (Kait) of Tumwater, WA, Gerard Koenig (Dannilee) of Anchorage, AK, Michael Koenig (Kathryn Thuerer) of Tucson, AZ and Timothy Koenig (Betsy Magby) of North Mankato, MN.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
