He is survived by: his wife Eileen Richmond; his former wife Sally Lee Ebbe; his daughter Cheryl O'Keefe (Rick) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; his grandson Jason O'Keefe of Nekoosa, WI; his great grandchildren, Jon Michael and Jameson; his grandchildren, Kasey O'Keefe of Watertown, WI and Tyler O'Keefe (Haley) of Wis Rapids, WI.; his daughter Tami "Beav" Braiedy (Jeff) of Chanhassen, MN; his grandchildren, Alex Braiedy of Aspen, CO, Jaclyn Braiedy of Virginia, MN and Adam Braiedy of Plymouth, MN.; his son David "Davey" Falkosky Sr. (Geralyn) of Marshfield, WI; his grandchildren, David (DJ), Falkosky Jr. and Jacob Falkosky; his sons, Todd Parr of Tomah, WI. and Tracy Parr (Heidi) of Warrens, WI; his grandsons, Jarrett and Jackson; his son Terry Parr (Andrea) of Onalaska, WI.; his close friends, Ron, Bonnie Mancl, Bev Krekowski, Sherry Cleveland, Clare and Monica Jenkins; his friends, Donnie and Gail Williamson; his close friends, Frank Flammini and Jimmy Nelson of Wisconsin Rapids; his friends, George, Sue Wilson, Woody, Betty Blackburn, Neil and Linda; his sister Carol Chroninger of Onalaska, WI; and his sisters-in-law, Mickie Parr and Joan Parr.
