She is survived by: her children, Scott Petkovsek of Kaukauna, WI, Greg Petkovsek (Vicki) of Waupaca, WI and Jill Wrensch (Jason) of Marshfield, WI; her grandchildren, Adam, Aaron Petkovsek, Michelle, Kristin, Samuel Petkovsek, Louis, Joe and Levi Wrensch; her siblings, Richard Scheuerman (Sue) of Hendersonville, NC and Carol Kitchen (George) of El Paso, TX; and her siblings-in-law, Maryann Wayer of Waukegan, IL, Patricia Whitney of Waukegan, IL, Delores Lee (Bill) of Waukegan, IL, Anton Petkovsek Jr. of California, Jim Petkovsek (Janet) of Greenwood and Bob Petkovsek (Barb) of Neillsville. She is also survived by three children on her own as a young widow.
