It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma (Toby) Rae Forbes of Marshall, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Marshall Forbes; her children, Jody Knox (Dennis), Barbara Forbes-Lyons (Jon), Joel Forbes and Shari Berman (Joel); and her sister Shirley Schwartz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in her name be made to Congregation Beth Israel Ner Tamid, 6880 N. Green Bay Ave., Glendale, WI 53209.
