She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hopfensperger and Elvera Dexheimer; and her sister Ila Mandescheid. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Moon (Christine), Amy Brown (Bruce), Debra Blank, Lynda Doogs and Merry Otero (Paul); her grandchildren, Ian Thornburg, Brianna Grahn, Ryan Martin, Adam Martin, Destiny Brown, James Brown, Benjamin Otero and Nickolas Otero; and her sisters, Gloria Lauer and Lois Wolf.
