He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Freidel and Dora Freidel (Klecker); his spouse Shirley Koch; his son Randy; and his brother Lawrence.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Reinganum (Andrew Daughety), Steve Freidel and Jeff Freidel (Peggy); his grandchildren, Samuel Daughety (Kathryn Rutterer), Katherine Daughety (Scott Staton), Daniel Reinganum (Jacqueline Hargrave) and Michael Reinganum (Erica); his great grandchildren, Jasper Staton-Daughety, Gabriel Knowles, Jonah Brown and Deanna Martin; and his siblings, Doris Welhoefer (Jack) and Joe Freidel (Janice). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
