He is survived by: his children, Susan Thomas (William), Sandra Cummings (Jeff), Terra Olsen (Russ), Melissa Johnston (Chad) and Michael Stockfisch Jr.; his stepchildren, Kari Nichols (Tony), Kenny Lovaas (Carmen) and Kevin Gayton; and his siblings, Richard Stockfisch and Debi Faultersack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
