He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Kassube (Wayne); his grandchildren, Holly Tratar (Andy) and Wayne Kassube; his great grandchildren, Drew, Leah and Emma Tratar; and his sister Donna Hensler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
